When you create an account we store your email and (optionally) display name. While you use the product we store the goals, check-ins, journal entries, weekly reviews and coach conversations you create. That is the entire dataset.
Your data powers your dashboard, drift detection, and the AI coach's personalized replies. It is not used for advertising and it is not sold.
Only you. Row-Level Security on our database scopes every row to your user id. The AI coach sends your goal context to Google's Gemini model via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate replies; those providers do not train on your data per their API terms.
Data lives in our database until you delete it. To delete your account and all associated data, email jp@sentira.ai from your account email and we'll wipe it within 7 days.
We use Supabase (SOC 2 Type II) for storage and auth. Passwords are hashed; sessions use httpOnly secure cookies. We do not handle payment data.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and notify active users by email before any material change takes effect.
